Happy Saturday Y’all!
It’s June 1st and do you know what that means?? It’s Pride Month! I love love LOVE, Pride and get majorly excited for it every. single. year. Even if I don’t get to really partake in any of the amazing things that go on around the world, just knowing love and happiness is being celebrated for ALL is so inspiring to me.
Something that symbolizes Pride for a lot of people are rainbows, which are coincidentally one of my favorite things. Now obviously to celebrate, you really do not need to be a walking billboard for Skittles, but why not dabble in some color in the spirit of equality?
If you haven’t put the pieces together yet, this week, I’m bringing to y’all some of my favorite ‘Rainbow-esque’ items in honor of Pride! They’re all super cute and there is something for literally EVERYONE here, so get some inspiration and let’s all come to together this month (:

1. Forever 21 Multicolor Smocked Crop Top
Okay, thank me later but literally how cute is this?? It’s perfect for the entirety of summer and so stinking affordable too. I mean, I actually would need to dig to find something about this top to complain about. The colors are so bright and vibrant, I know anyone wearing this won’t be able to help but feel happy too.
2. Forever 21 Rainbow Striped Sweater
This is going to be amazing for cool, summer nights tucked into high-waisted mom shorts. I feel like this sweater is effortless and can take your look to another level instantly. It’s easy to style, comfortable, and still celebrating all of the beautiful colors of the rainbow. Not to mention this is another extremely affordable option!
3. Urban Outfitters Micah Rainbow Ribbed V-Neck Sweater
I love this sweater for some of the same reasons I like the previous one. It’s perfect for chilly summer days, but in the most wonderful way because the colors instantly brighten up a room. I also love that it hits all of the colors of the rainbow but in a different way than the stereotypical, clearcut stripes we’re all used to seeing. Both the v-neck and knit detailing is also a fun, simple way to spice up any mundane look!
4. ASOS Chorus Oversized Denim Jacket with Rainbows Ribbons Back
Who isn’t obsessed with a jacket? This one is like a triple whammy–jean, oversized, AND embroidered. I love that I feel like in general, this jacket is subtle, and then you hit them with the back and you’re feeling total mullet vibes–yup, I’m talking business in the front, party in the back. That rainbow on the back in beautiful and perfectly unique considering the end is embellished by its corresponding colored ribbon. It’s both fun and fresh and a must have year ’round.
5. Dolls Kill Club Exx Rainbow Runner Moto Jacket
Okay, I’m dead at this jacket. Does it look like the most comfortable (or practical) thing in the world? No way. But who doesn’t love a good show-stopping, fashion moment? I would rock this in a heart beat, and I hope all y’all would too. It’s bold and unapologetic and encompasses a lot of what I envision Pride to be.
6. PacSun Rainbow Embroidered Denim Mom Shorts
I love love LOVE a good, high-waisted, mom short. It’s kind of been my thing for YEARS. These are special because they add a fun twist with the embroidered rainbows. They are super wearable and, again, perfect for summer! Pairing these with either sandals or sneakers and a basic tee will land you the most wonderful outfit that is good for a multitude of occasions.
7. Lazy Oaf Rainbow Love Jeans
On a personal note, I can never get enough Lazy Oaf. I think they come up with amazing, unique, pieces that you can hold on to for life. These jeans are no exception. I love that they are high-waisted (are you noticing a theme here?) AND flared. Not only does the actual style of these jeans add fun, but then so does the subtle embroidery on the back pockets. You can always count me in for hearts and rainbows and these pants definitely do not leave me lacking. These are also perfect to double up on the rainbow. What I mean is that these are subtle enough to be able to pair a rainbow tee on top as well!
8. Bandier All Access Set List Legging
Summer is the perfect time to both be comfortable AND get your workout on. Luckily for both you and I, we can decide what’s right for us in these super cute leggings. The black color reigns true for everyone’s classic side while the subtle striping down the sides of legs brings the party. It’s basically the best of both worlds here, what more could you want?
9. Target Women’s Acid Wash Denim Rainbow Baseball Hat
There’s nothing better than throwing a hat on. Whether you’re protecting your face from the sun or ‘hiding’ from public onlookers, this hat is perfect. The acid wash is such a great color for practically everyone and the embroidered rainbow right in the center is very on trend. I think it’s a simple piece that allows you to carry on Pride throughout and beyond the month of June.
